It's like any other locksmith shop, maybe more varied but more expensive. I had to wait for a simple service for over an hour and the technician never came. After that I went to La Avenida Pablo De la Garza and a simpler establishment but with more trained staff solved my problem in 30 minutes. I paid 600 pesos in key lock and 200 pesos in the establishment that solved my problem.

I think they give a bad service, because instead of understanding what the customer needs and giving the guidance that is asked, they ask for data and information but do not give answers. It would seem that they are doing the customer a favor, because there is no interest in serving. I called another locksmith where they did listen to me and adapted to my needs.
